Substitution:
It is possible to replace the originally registered participant with business colleague/co-worker from the same organization by 25th November 2025. In this case, please inform us by sending a note to info@firstbasis.in and wait for confirmation from FX First Basis Risk Consulting LLP.
Cancellation of the Event
FX FIRST BASIS RISK CONSULTING LLP (‘First Basis’) is entitled to cancel the event if it cannot be held due to force majeure, if venue is unavailable at short notice, or if there are not enough participants. Force majeure is to be assumed if FIRST BASIS is prevented from providing the service by an external event that cannot be foreseen even with the utmost care that could reasonably be expected given the situation and could not be prevented with economically viable means, e.g Natural disasters, political crisis situations (e.g. war), terrorist conflicts, strikes as well as epidemics, pandemics, epidemics and comparable situations.
In the event that FIRST BASIS has to shorten or cancel the event that has already started due to force majeure, the participant is not entitled to a refund of the participation fee already paid.

Please note that on-site attendance is voluntary. FIRST BASIS does not assume any responsibility with respect to COVID-19 or any other health status. We will continue to monitor the situation. Revisions of this information and requirements can be made at its sole discretion, with no additional liability, and may also be made to align with updated guidance from local laws and regulations and FIRST BASIS’s respective local COVID-19 regulations.

We intend to take photos and video recordings during the Rupee Money Conference 2025. The FIRST BASIS Privacy Statement explains how FIRST BASIS handles the personal data collected from the participants.
